- Force Majeure Events: Events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions or orders, acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, widespread internet or infrastructure failures, cyber attacks, or other extraordinary circumstances. We will notify you promptly and work to minimize delays.
- Non-Working Days: Weekends, public holidays, and scheduled team vacations

Client Cooperation
Successful project completion requires active cooperation from clients:

- Designation of a primary point of contact for project communication
Lack of client cooperation may result in project delays or suspension of work until requirements are met.
Termination
Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

- Payment: Pay for all work completed up to the termination date
- Deliverables: Receive work completed up to termination

- Non-Payment: Terminate services if payments are not received

Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to termination.
